I am a certified professional life coach, a mom of 2, and I was born and raised--and currently live in--a small town in Saskatchewan, Canada.
I've long been passionate about people, and after a 7 year career in human resources I felt called to a change. Before I started living the life that I love and was meant to be living, I was fully immersed in low self-esteem, anxious thoughts, and endless striving.
Maybe you can relate to some of what I was experiencing:
I had a whole gamut of unhealthy manifestations of the life I was living while I was trying to figure it all out on my own and looking to every external source for validation that I could get my hands on: the great job title, the holidays, the nice car, the loving relationship, the perfectly fit body. All of it was an endless striving to be enough. But what never occurred to me was that the gifts and talents I was created with made me enough already.
I just had to quiet the noise and ask the right questions to get the right answers.
Coaching has helped me to clear out all of the stories that I continually told myself about who I should be and what I should want, and made space for me to finally get clear about what it is I really want. I knew then that I was being called to help others find the same clarity and take action toward living the life that was designed for you, one that is aligned with your values and desires.
I’m here to support and empower you to find those answers.
"Planning sessions with Lead Your Way Coaching has helped me stay accountable and consistent. Being a creative person, I sometimes struggle with a loss of vision. I can get caught up in setting goals and feel defeated when I don't complete them to the letter. In my initial sessions with Paula I felt that she took the time to change her coaching template to augment those chaotic parts of me. Instead of prioritizing tasks to make me more efficient, she reminded me why I even do the things I do. The changes I've made because of these sessions are invaluable to me and I am grateful for the opportunity." - Richelle Dahl, Owner, Dahling Productions

"I was fortunate to work with Paula as my coach during a time when I was in a state of self-doubt and struggling to find balance between work and family. I found Paula’s coaching to be unique, she had a way to show empathy when it was needed but also had the skills to lead me through obstacles I would often want to run away from. With her coaching I feel stronger and more aware of where and what I want to be, do and have in my life." - Angela Cullen, Owner, Anytime Fitness Kindersley
